Why Retirees Should Invest in Baguio City Real Estate and Stocks?
People in the workforce are now offered an early retirement at 60 years old.  Yet, some of our beloved seniors are still that strong that they can “pull a carabao.”  Because of this “extraordinary strength” that they got, they extend their service to the workforce until the age of 65 where retirement by then is compulsory.
Because of that, what will we recommend to the seniors of our workforce who are not yet ready (but are required to) retire?
One way is investment of their pension in Baguio City’s real estate or the stock market.  Let us check out what are those before we do recommendations.

For one, house and lot is one of the basic needs of a family.  A family needs to have a permanent address so that a local government unit (LGU) will be able to register them under their care and authority.  This way, they will be able to avail of services that only residents within that LGU are qualified for.  Not to mention is the fact that they will no longer have to pay for rent that is ever rising nowadays most especially in the urban areas.  If they will be able to acquire a lot aside from a house, they will also be able to grow food for their own family.  This will also mean lessened food expense for the family as well.  What is more, house and lot can be given as inheritance to their children, or to anyone they wish for that matter.
What is stock market?

The goal is to buy the stock, hold it for a time, and then sell the stock for more than you paid for it.”  Why would a company sell units of ownership to people such as retirees?  Well, two of the reasons are: “improve the products they have and hire more employees.”
