Another Township Development In The Works for Baguio City
Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Housing Secretary Jose Acuzar signed a memorandum of understanding on January 5, 2023 to develop a second housing project that will provide shelter for around 2,000 beneficiaries. This project is being Lead by DHSUD regional director in the region of CAR Ms. Mary Ann Amoroso.
The 6.3-hectare township development project is currently being developed in the town of Tuba, Benguet, another socialized permanent agriculture housing development project in addition to the Luna Terraces housing project located in Barangay Irisan.
The said project aims to meet the city’s housing backlog despite the promising trend of residents looking for condominium for sale in Baguio. The city, however, continues to acquire more lots to be used in developing these housing projects, hence we can expect for an increase in house and lot for sale in Baguio.
If you are interested in selling your house and lot in the City of Pines, it’s helpful to get a licensed real estate agent in Baguio to walk you through the entire process. With the city’s mission to reverse urban decay, the local government focuses on permaculture in order to establish a livable and sustainable community for all residents.
Plan Your Next Baguio Getaway With Zero Fuss
With the recent conclusion of the Baguio Flower Festival known as Panagbenga, many tourists have gotten a taste of the Summer Capital’s best sights and attractions. From fireworks along Session Road to fluvial parades and dances, it was an unforgettable event that truly made the city feel open to tourists again after a long pandemic shutdown.
But with the excitement and festivities also came some clarity about how popular Baguio has become to tourists - and how difficult it can be to plan a trip there with so many people. Here are some reasons why you should look for a condo or house and lot for sale in Baguio instead of booking a hotel.
You Avoid Overbooked Lodgings
It’s common for inns and hotels to get fully booked, especially if they’re near popular spots like Session Road and Burnham Park. This can put a serious wrench in your vacation plans. Make your accommodations a sure thing by snagging a house or condominium for sale in Baguio as your vacation home.
You Can Arrive And Leave At Your Own Convenience
Trying to make that check-out time with a packed itinerary can be a hassle, and you can end up missing out if you’re in a hurry. By owning or renting your own Baguio place, you can take your time checking out Tam-Awan Village, Baguio Butterfly Sanctuary, and other great attractions.
You’ll Have A Home Away From Home
While a hotel can feel like a luxe treat to yourself, nothing quite beats the freedom that you have if you’re staying at your own place. Want to cook a midnight snack, set up a giant sleepover space in the living room, or invite extra guests at short notice? Those are things that you can’t do with hotels, but can with your own condo or house. Talk to a real estate agent in Baguio to jumpstart your search for your Baguio getaway spot.
