IATF guidelines define a “fully vaccinated individual” as someone who is at least two weeks past having received the second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or at least two weeks past having received a single-dose vaccine.
The vaccine used should be included in the country's Emergency Use Authorization List, have a Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by PDEA, or be on the WHO’s Emergency Use Listing.

While these relaxed requirements for vaccinated people will be a huge relief – not to mention more convenient – visitors still need to submit to Baguio’s other requirements for travelers.
