Another Township Development In The Works for Baguio CityBaguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Housing Secretary Jose Acuzar signed a memorandum of understanding on January 5, 2023 to develop a second housing project that will provide shelter for around 2,000 beneficiaries. This project is being Lead by DHSUD regional director in the region of CAR Ms. Mary Ann Amoroso.
The 6.3-hectare township development project is currently being developed in the town of Tuba, Benguet, another socialized permanent agriculture housing development project in addition to the Luna Terraces housing project located in Barangay Irisan. The said project aims to meet the city’s housing backlog despite the promising trend of residents looking for condominium for sale in Baguio. The city, however, continues to acquire more lots to be used in developing these housing projects, hence we can expect for an increase in house and lot for sale in Baguio. If you are interested in selling your house and lot in the City of Pines, it’s helpful to get a licensed real estate agent in Baguio to walk you through the entire process. With the city’s mission to reverse urban decay, the local government focuses on permaculture in order to establish a livable and sustainable community for all residents.
