These can be quite pricey especially if they’re located near the heart of the city. Prices would range from P2M-P5M.

There are also quite a number of house and lots in Baguio City if you feel like this is more comfy than condos. There are some houses that are in the market because their owners are moving to new places, or houses that are foreclosed, and houses that are newly built or renovated.  The price of houses here would range from P2M to P10M depending on the built, and the location.

If you fancy apartments especially if you’re a student or a worker, then there are also a handful. Apartments here would range from P5000-25,000 or more per month, depending on the size of the place, the number of rooms and the location.
Now that we have seen your three options it’s about time to see what we need to look at the things you need to consider. First of all, you need to consider the location. Since the city has quite a very tricky terrain, it’s very important to choose a place that’s accessible by the public transportation, or your own vehicle.
