requirements to secure a unit
1. newly filled up Suntrust Forms (scroll down below to download these forms)
- Reservation Agreement and Buyers’ Information Sheet
- General Specifications
- Notarized Special Power of Attorney (if applicable)
- MRI (Mortgage Redemption Insurance) form
2. Two (2) Valid Government IDs
3. 1x1 ID Picture including spouse (if applicable)
4. Community Tax Certificate
5. Copy of TIN I.D
6. Birth Certificate (if single) or marriage contract (if married) or Death certificate (if applicable)
7. Reservation fee, copy of the deposit slip (below is the process on how to send it)
to pay the reservation fee
step 1. Deposit the payment to Suntrust account, below are the details:
BDO Current Account Account Name: Suntrust Properties, Inc.
Account Number: 696-8000-980
step 2. take a picture of the deposit slip and send a copy to your broker
step 3. wait for your receipt

after you reserved a unit, your account officer will give your Suntrust account number, which you will use to register online. This account of yours will be your portal to monitor your payments, statements and other updates that has something to do with your purchase.
