to secure a unit in ELEVE you will need to submit the following
requirements to book a unit:
(note: every page of all the documents you will fill up shall bear your signature, put it either at the side of the page or at the bottom)
1. newly filled up Reservation Agreement (download it here)
2. newly filled up Buyer's Information sheet (download it here)
3. Copy of TIN I.D, if not available, then you need to fill up the Form 1904 (download it here)
4. Post dated checks covering the whole downpayment. If this is not available, then you will need to send newly filled up promissory note (download it here) kindly print 5 copies of the promissory note and sign all the copy
5. Two (2) Valid Government ID with 3 specimen signature (see the example below)
6. Proof of billing (example electric bill or phone bill, your address and name shall appear in the bill)
7. Birth Certificate (if single) or marriage contract (if married) or Death certificate (if applicable)
