the residents of the City are praised for being obedient. Photos below are taken on March 24, 2020 showing how streets are empty and people strictly follow the ordinance
As for the public transportation, all mass public transport facilities and systems still remain suspended except for the special taxi service that was established to cater to those people needing emergency medical care, PUJs that are being deployed as mode of transport for people going to the market and work, and motorcycles and bicycles with no "ANGKAS".
Sanitation tents are also being currently set up to be placed in different hospitals and health facilities and government offices in the city which aims to disinfect persons especially health workers, front liners and employees leaving the health facility.
This will be all for now. I will give updates regarding the Covid19 situation in Baguio city from time to time. I know that this is one, if not the most challenging time in our history but I also believe that this too shall pass and that we will all come out of this with braver hearts and stronger faith. As for now, let us keep ourselves informed, let us cooperate with our local government, let us stay home, keep ourselves healthy and make use of this unexpected time to bond with our loved ones and learn a new skill.
